IMPORTANT: By registering for White Lips, you agree to these cancellation conditions. These conditions apply to all cancellations, whether initiated by the White Lips organization or by you: If White Lips must be cancelled (e.g., due to government health regulations), these conditions will be applied AUTOMATICALLY.
Credit, refund/cancellations:
*Standard rate : The chosen rate is non-refundable and non-modifiable. Deposits made will be retained by Chic-Chac.
**Creditable Rate (8% of the total amount before taxes) : All deposits will be credited and can be used for a trip within the next 2 years in the event of a cancellation made more than 10 days before the reservation start date. No credit will be granted if the cancellation occurs 10 days or less before the reservation start date.
***Refundable Rate (15% of the total amount before taxes) : All deposits will be refunded in the event of a cancellation made more than 10 days before the reservation start date. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation occurs 10 days or less before the reservation start date.
Chic-Chac and White Lips’ Politics (Supplier of motorized outings during White Lips and mountain safety)
Chic-Chac has the right to cancel or change any motorised activities when the risk is too high, the weather is bad or in the case of a mecanical failure, regardless of the time remaining before the start of the activity. Every canceled or modified trip by Chic-Chac, could be rescheduled before the end of the current season according to availability.
Chic-Chac has the right to remove at any time, anybody who has not the requested habilities, based on the guide’s jugment. A participant who has not the propre habilities will be refund two thirds of the total amount for the ski part of the package.
Chic-Chac has also the right to remove at any time, anybody who does not follow the security instructions given by the guide. This participant will not have access any refund.
